Create an art exhibition in 4 hours.

CLIENT: Ideas Unlimited, UK.
LOCATION: Tate Modern, London, UK.
COMPLETION: January 2007.
DISCIPLINE: Teambuilding Workshop.

BRIEF:
To create a teambuilding workshop for BT Health, a section of approximately 20 people that for the next 3 years are going to work together to create a new scheme for the NHS.

AIM:
To make this new team know eachother better and to feel positive being a part of this team.

CONCEPT AND IDEAS:
We had a whole sheet of restrictions which were:no painting or clay can be used, neither anything that can damage the floor, walls and furniture. With all these restrictions we introduced paper and origami as building blocks for the art. We were inspired by the venue, Tate Modern, and the brief we made was to create an art exhibition in 4 hours. We built up our project from an excisting success story. We created roles based on artists, curators, gallery owners and photographers. We allocated these roles to all the participants together with a namebadge and roledescription. Our role was to facilitate and motivate the team from BT Health to be innovative, to build relationships and to be focused on result.

THE RESULTS:
The group from BT Health were totally emerged in the roleplay and created an art performance named Chaos & Order portraying the cultural differences existing in a city environment. (see visuals)
